Sleep Protection Guarantee
The Sleep Protection Guarantee is our way of ensuring our customers that we will see them through to the end with their mattress decision.
The Sleep Protection Guarantee covers the first 100 nights from time of delivery. The guarantee gives our customers a custom tailored solution to any sleeping needs that may have not been met with the original mattress decision.
Option 1:
On any of our made in Tennessee Johnson City Bedding mattresses (80% of our mattresses), we provide the option to have your mattress customized to your needs in the event that the original mattress does not meet your needs. This involves sending your mattress to the manufacturer to have the mattress customized to the desired feel. The turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for this process. There is a $150 transportation fee for this option, however there is no charge to customize the mattress regardless of any additional foams they add.
Option 2:
The second option we have for customers exercising the Sleep Protection Guarantee is to offer customers any of our premium toppers at factory cost.
Option 3:
In the event that neither the custom tailored solution or the topper works we offer a one time discount of 50% off any new mattress of the customers choosing. With this option the customer keeps the original mattress and gets a new one at the 50% discount equal or lesser value.
Option 4
Customers can receive a 70% credit towards a new mattress if they wish to exchange their mattress. In order to qualify for exchange the mattress has to be stain free and having used one of our premium toppers.
Note: Option 1 of the guarantee does not apply to any of our mattresses that are not made in Tennessee by Johnson City Bedding.
Criteria for Sleep Protection Guarantee
- Must be within 100 nights since delivery.
- Must try the mattress for at least 2 weeks.
- Mattress must be stain free.
- Only applies to mattresses $699 or more.
- Must be the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase.
